1. Insert thread end of your inflation valve (A) into your pump (not included).
2. Insert smooth end of inflation valve (A) into the hole (B) in the ball.
3. Pump up your ball until it is firm and has a nice round shape.
4. Quickly remove the inflation valve (A) from the ball and insert the plug (C).
5. Leave ball to sit for a few hours (overnight is best).
6. Remove plug (C) and quickly insert the inflation valve again (A).
7. Inflate the ball to its proper diameter and  height (see the label on the ball).
8. When the ball is the proper height, remove inflation valve (A) and quickly place the plug (C) into the hole (B).
