The video concentrates on a workout that has a major impact on your hamstring as well as a lot of the lower part of the body. To start with the workout you need to first lay down and place your feet on the exercise ball, your hands should be placed under your bottoms or besides your body, whatever makes you feel more comfortable.


Once in the position to start you need to push the mid section of your body upwards, then you need to roll the ball towards and away from your feet, this works really well for your inner thighs, knees and your hamstrings as well. Try and concentrate hard in order to maintain the stability of the ball under your feet and to ensure that your focus is on the key areas you want to work on.


Try to do it as much as you can, it can be difficult but the more you do it and once you can hold on to a rhythm it becomes easier!
